සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමනි දැන් මේ මළ ඉලව් සංහිදියාව නවත්වන්න.

කා රවට්ටන්ටද මේ ඉලව් සංහිදියාව කරගෙන යන්නේ,? දෙමලුන්ගේ චන්දය බලාපොරුත්තුවෙන් ද   අපේ රට තේරුමක් නැති සංහිඳියාව වෙනුවෙන්  දෙමළුන්ට පාවාදෙන්නේ ?

මොන ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් හැදුවත් බුද්ධ සාසනයට  දියයුතු  විශේෂ තැන හෑල්ලුවට ලක්කරන ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් බෞද්ධ මහා ජනතාව කවරදාකවත් පිළිගන්නේ නැති බැව් සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමා තරයේ සිහියෙ තබා ගතයුතුය.

සිංහල බෞද්ධයන් වැඩියෙන්  සිටි ශ්‍රී ලංකා යුද හමුදාව  විසින්  රටේ සිංහල දෙමල මුස්ලිම්  ජනතාවගේ සුභ සිද්ධිය සඳහා ජීවිත කැපකර  ත්‍රස්තවාදය නිමා කරමින් ත්‍රස්ථාවාදීන්ගෙන්  රටබෙරාගත්තේ  කලහිගුණ නොදන්නා අතලොස්සක් දෙමල දේශපාලන ජාතිවාදීන් වෙනුවෙන්  රටත් බෞද්ධ ආගම හා බෞද්ධ සංස්කෘතිය කැපකිරීමට නොවේ. 

සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති ඉඳහිට කියන පරස්පර විරෝධි කතා අහනකොට මෙ මනුස්සයාගේ  මොලයේ අභාදයක්වත් තියෙනවාදැයි  හිතෙනවා. සැරෙන්සැරේට මහආඩම්බරයෙන් කියනවා ලෝකයේ වෙන කිසි ජනධිපතිකෙනෙක් වගේ නොවෙයි මම ම මගේම විධායක ජනාධිපති බලතල  අඩූකරගත්ත කියල. නමුත් උනේ වේනත් දෙයක්.  

සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති ඔහුගේ බලතල ඔහු විසින්ම අඩුකර්ගත්තා නොවේ. ඒක උනේ ඔහුගේ අගමැති රනිල් බටහිරින් ලබාගත්  අවවාදයන් අනුව 19 වැනි ව්‍යවස්ථා සංශෝධනයෙන් ජනාධිපතිගේ  විධායක බලතල අඩුකර  විධායක ජනාධිපති වරයාට තිබු  අගමැති අස්කර දෑමීමට හෝ පරලිමේන්තුව විසිරුවා හැරීමට තිබු  බලතල  කපා හැරීමයි. දැන් ජනාධිපතිවරයා  තටු  කපාපු නොන්ඩි තාරාවෙක්  වගේ.

සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමනි ඔබට පෙන්නේ නැද්ද දැන් රනිල් අග්‍රාමාත්‍යවරයා ඔබේන් අහන්නේ නැතිව ඔහුට ඔන විධියට ඔබේ විධායක බලතල ඔහුපිට  පටවාගෙන රට අගාදියට ගෙනයන වැඩපිළිවෙල ?  සිංගප්පුරුව සමග අත්සන්කළ වෙළඳ ගිවිසුම ඔබට කියලා නෙවෙයි නේ අත්සන් කලේ. ඔබ එක එක තැන ගිහිල්ල පණ්ඩිත වාක්‍ය කියෙව්වත් අද රට කරන්නේ ඔබ නොවේ  ඔබේ රනිල් වික්රමසිංහ අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය වාරයායි. ඒ බව දැන්වත් තෙරුම්ගන්න.

ජනාධිපති තුමා දැන් කියනවා විශ්වාශකළ හැකි යහපත්  කෙනෙක් අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය තනතුර සඳහා සුදානම් කරගත යුතුයි කියල. ජනාධිපතිතුමන්ගෙන් අහන්ට කැමතියි එතුමා ජනාධිපති බවට පත්වෙලා තොරාගත්තේ  එවැනි සත් පුරුෂයෙක්ද  ? එදා  ජනාධිපති සිරිසේන තොරගත්තේ ආගමට, ජාතියට, රටට  කිසිම ආදරයක් ගෞරවයක් නැති අස්මත්ජාති අසත් පුරුෂ රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ .  ඒ කල පාපකර්මයට  සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමාට ජාති ජාති පඩිසන්දෙනවා නො අනුමානයි.

දැන් හොඳ යහපත් අගමැති කෙනෙක් තෝරාගන්න අවවාදකරන සිරිසෙන ජනාධිපති  තුමා එදා තෝරාගත්තේ වදකාගාර පවත්වපු, ත්‍රස්තවාදී යුද්දයේදී  යුද හමුදාවට රහස් ඔත්තු සැපයු ඒකකය විනාශකරපු, ජනාධිපතිටවත් පාරලිමෙන්තුවටවත් නොදන්වා ප්‍රභාකරන් සමග යුද නැවැත්වීමේ ( CFA) ගිවිසුමක් අත්සන් කර දහස් ගණනක් මිනිස් ජීවත නැතිකිරීමට ත්‍රස්තවාදීන්ට ඉඩ ප්‍රස්තාව ලබාදුන්  රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ කියන අසත්පුරුෂයා. සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති එදා ඒක කලේ ඔහුගේ ම හුදු  ආත්මාර්තකාමි කමත්  මහින්ද  රාජපක්ස  ජනාධිපති තුමා කෙරෙහි තිබු වෛරය ක්‍රෝධය හා ඉර්ෂියාවත් නිසා.

සිරිසෙන ජනාධිපති තුමා  අනුන්ට අවවාද දෙනවා වෙනුවට කල යුත්තේ තමන්ගේම වෛරී හිත පාලනයකරගෙන රටේ ජනතාව ආදරය ගෞරවය කරන මහින්ද රාජපක්ස මැතිතුමන් සමග සහයෝගයෙන් කටයුතුකිරීමට  අවස්තාවක් ඇතිකරගැනීමයි.  එහෙම නැතිව සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමන්ගේ අවවාදවලින්   රටට මොන යහපතක්ද  ?

අපේ රට දිනෙන්දින විනාශයට පත්වෙනවා. මෙතෙක් අපේ රටට සිටුවූ සියලු ආපදාවන්ට සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමා වගකිව යුතුයි. එදා 2015 ජනවාරි 9වන දා අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය තනතුරට පත්කල අසත්පුරුෂයා පෙබරවාරි 27 වනදා පළමුවන මහා බැංකු වංචාව කළා. මහා බැංකුවේ පාලක තනතුරට සුදුසු බොහෝදෙනෙක් සිටියදී මේ අසත්පුරුෂයා සිංගප්පුරු ජාතිකකයෙක් ඒ පුටුවට නම්කරද්දී  ඊට විරුද්ධව වචනයක්වත් නොකියා ඔය සත්පුරුෂ සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති ඒ පත්වීමට අවසර දුන්නා.  ඊට අවුරැද්දකට පස්සේ 2016 මාතු 25 වනදා දෙවන බැංකු මංකොල්ලය සිදුකලා. සිරිසෙන්ක ජනාධිපති තුමාට තිබුනේ  නැද්ද එක නවත්වන්න පිළිවෙලක්.

ඊට පස්සේ අපේ රටට යු අන් පී නායකයා කල හැම අදුරදර්ශී ක්‍රියාවකට සිරිසෙන ජනාධිපති සම්මාදන් වුනා.  චීන ජනාධිපති පැමිණ පටන් ගත් නගරයේ වැඩ නැවත්තුවා, ජාතික ගීතය දෙමෙලෙන් ගයන්ට අවසර දුන්නා, කොළඹ වරායෙන් කොටසක් ඉන්දියාවට විකුනන්න ඉඩ දුන්නා, හම්බන්තොට වාරයයි ඉඩම් අක්කර ගණනකුයි  චීනයට විකුන්නුවා  ඒක විකුනුමකට සමාන බද්දක්, ඇමෙරිකාව ලංකාවට විරුද්ධව ගෙනා යෝජනාව ඉස ඉහලින් පිළිගත්තා. මංගල සමරවීර ඒ පාවාදීම කලේ සිරිසේන ජනාධි පතිගෙන් අහලද ?

සිරිසේන ජනාධිපතිටවත් ,පාරලිමෙන්තුවටවත් නොකියා සිංගප්පුරු වෙළඳ ගිවිසුම  සිරිසේන ජනාධිපතිගේ  අති උත්තම සත්පුරුෂ රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ අත්සන්කළා, දැන් ජනාධිපති තේරීමේ ක්‍රමය වෙනස්කරලා රට අගාදියට සදාකලිකව ඇදදමන්ට ක්‍රමයක් ජනතා වීමූක්තිපෙරමුන  යු අන් පියත් එක්ක එකතුවෙලා  20 වන සංශෝධනයක් පාරලිමේන්තුවට ඉදිරිපත් කරලා ඉවරයි. මේ පිළිබඳව සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමා මේ වෙනකම් පක්ෂව හෝ විපක්ෂව වචනයක් වත් කියා නැ.  නමුත් සියල්ල ඉවර උනාට පස්සේ සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමා කොමිසන් සභාවක් පත්කරයි මේ සම්බන්ධව සොයා බලන්න. එතකොට අශ්වගාලෙන් අශ්වයා පැනගිහින් හමාරයි.

සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමනි ඔබ ටිකක් හිතා බැලුවද ගලගොඩ අත්තේ ඥානසාර හිමියන්ට උසාවියෙන් කරන වද හිංසා ? ඇයි මේ  ?  ඒත් රනිල් වික්රමසිංහයි  ඔබ තුමයි ගෙනයන ඊනියා සංහිඳියාව වෙනුවෙන්ද ?

ඥානසාර හිමියන්ට දෙන වද හිංසා බෞද්ධ රටකට සුදුසු නොවේ.ඒ කිසිම බෞද්ධයෙකුට  දරාගත නොහැකියි. ඒ හා සමාන  අපකිර්තිමත්   දඬුවමක් උන්වහන්සේට දෙන්නේ  මොන අපරාධයක් කලාටද ? උන්වහන්සේ පෙනීසිටියේ සිංහල බෞද්ධ ජනතාව වෙනුවෙන්. රට ජාතිය ආගමට සිදුවෙන අනතුරකදී ඒ වෙනුවෙන් පෙනීසිටීම, ඒ වෙනුවෙන් හඬක් නැගීමට අය්තියක් බෞද්ධ භිෂුවකුට තියෙනවා .

උන්වහන්සේලා ඒ කාර්ය වෙනුවෙන් හඬ නගනවා ඒ කාර්යයේ කොටසක් ඥානසාර හිමියන් එදා උසාවියේදී කලේ. බෞද්ධ සාසනය  ආරක්ෂාකර විශේෂ තැනක් දිය යුතුයයි ව්‍යවස්ථාවේ සඳහන් වෙනවා. බෞද්ධ භික්ෂුව ඒ සාසනයට හිමි තුන් රුවණින් එක් රුවණක් එබැවින් භික්ෂුවකට සිර දඬුවමක් දීම  ව්‍යවස්ථාවට පටහැනියි.

ගලගොඩ අත්තේ  ඥානසාර  ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේ මිනිමරුකමක් හෝ අපරාධයක් කර නැ. එබැවින් සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමාට යුතු කමක් තියනවා  ඥානසාර හිමියන්  සිර දඬුවමින් නිදහස් කරවන්න.  ඇයි ඔබතුමා බෞද්ධයෙක් වශයෙන් හා ව්‍යවස්ථාවේ ආරක්ෂකයා වශයෙන්  ඥානසාර හිමියන් සිර දඬුවමෙන් නිදහස් නොකරන්නේ ?

කල්නොයවා යු ඇන් පිය  අලුත් ව්‍යවස්තාවක්ද ඉදිරිපත් කරයි. ඒක අහේතුවකින් පාරලිමේන්තුවෙන් පාස්කර ගත්තොත් සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමා ඒ ගැන සොයා බලන්න  තවත් කොමිසන් සභාවක් පත්කරයි. මේවා සියල්ලම කරන්නේ දෙමල දේශපාලකයින් අතලොස්සකගේ  හිත දිනාගැනීම ප්‍රාර්ථනා  කරගෙන ගෙනයන සංහිදියාව වෙනුවෙන් නේද ?

මෙහෙම තමයි ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ යහපාලන ආන්ඩුවගෙන යන ක්‍රියා කලාපය. මහින්ද රාජපක්ස ජනාධිපති තුමා  රට හැදුවා සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමා  අවුරුදු 2600 ක තරම් ඉතිහාසයක් තියෙන බෞද්ධ රට සංහිදියාව කියන මගඩියෙන් විනාෂකලා .

මයිත්‍රීරිපාල සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති තුමනි  දැන්වත් අවධිවන්න. නුවනින් හිතාබලා අග්‍රාමාත්‍යවරයා වෙනස්කරන්න. රටේ ජනතාවගේ ආදරය ගෞරවයට පත්වී සිටින මහින්ඳ රාජපක්ස මැතිතුමා සමග සහයෝගයෙන් කටයුතු කරන්න දැන්වත් වයිරය, ක්‍රෝධය, මාන්නය හැරදමා  අද අසරණවී සිටින අපේ මව් බිම වෙනුවෙන්,  ඉදිරිපත්වන්න. ජනතාව එය ඔබෙන් බලාපොරොත්තුවෙනවා.

Maithripala Sirisena destroyed a fast developing Sri Lanka in three years.

Maithripala Sirisena  became the traitor to SLFP when he walked away to join the UNP and other reactionary forces in November, 2014. He is therefore entirely   responsible for the  damage he allowed the enemies  to cause to  Sri Lanka  in a matter of  3 years.

To-day with Sirisena at its helm, Sri Lanka with its  2600 years of history, its culture nurtured  in Buddhism since the 3^rd Century BCE  remains doomed to be communally disunited, territorially separated, and culturally destroyed, with its unique Buddhist identity lost.

The people of Sri Lanka had rejected the destructive politics of UNP for thirty years until Maithripala became a traitor to his political party SLFP, to join the UNP and

un-Constitutionally appoint Ranil Wickramasinghe the leader of UNP, the Prime Minister of Sri Lanka on the 9^th January,2015.

To-day Sirisena is being “deeply praised” by the enemies of  Sri Lanka,for his “.. commitment to achieve reconciliation and sustainable peace while ensuring democracy and freedom in Sri Lanka”(Modi), when exactly the  opposite is what Sirisena has achieved for Sri Lanka. His blind assent for reconciliation has only allowed separatist Tamil politicians to move towards achieving their objective to establish two all Tamil provinces, destabilizing peace and security in the whole of Sri Lanka with a possible resurgence of terrorism.

They say that children always expect so much from their parents, but do they the children ask themselves  what they have given in return  to their parents ? Like wise let us ask  Maithripala Sirisena  how much he got from the SLFP and from his motherland –Sri Lanka,  and what  has he  contributed  in return to the SLFP and Sri Lanka, after his nocturnal ambulation  away from SLFP  in to the arms of destructive political forces in November, 2015 ?

 Sirisena has got everything for himself  both from SLFP and from Sri Lanka, but after 8^th January,2015,  he has destroyed and desecrated  every thing he had  touched. The SLFP is in shamble, Sri Lanka since he became President  has changed unrecognizably. He has desecrated Sri Lanka as a Nation by allowing the National anthem to be sung in two languages. He began the backward  journey by  stopping the development projects immediately after his election. He elected an unpopular political leader as the Prime Minister, He appointed a non citizen as the Governor of the Central bank and allowed the Bank to be robbed twice. 

Sirisena  has almost separated the North and East from the rest of the country, and allowed Tamil extremists to have their own way.  He has taken away security and protection of the country and the people, by closing down many Army Camps in the North and East. He has allowed the Heroic officers of the Armed Forces who fought against terrorism and brought back the lost peace and security to the country to be humiliated, arrested and   imprisoned.

Sirisena  has separated the Communities as  it  had never been done before. He develops Polonnaruwa and the North and East while he allows Harbours, airports and land in the South to be sold or given on long lease. He has allowed Sri Lanka to go bankrupt and he puts the nation in danger by allowing the Setting up of an Office of Missing Persons, and allowed sponsoring an American Resolution against the Armed forces of Sri Lanka.

He has  allowed many laws to be passed in the Parliament that enable any country in the world to arrest any Army personnel retired or serving for war crimes if he is found in any foreign country on a simple accusation by any one, that he has committed war crimes.

He allowed the UNP which  was rejected by the people for thirty years to set up a UNP Government under the pseudonym Yahapalanaya. He has completely lost control of his Prime Minister, who has signed a devastating Trade Agreement with Singapore, and negotiate other  disastrous Trade Agreements with India .

So what has Sri Lanka gained from having elected Maithripala Sirisena as the President of Sri Lanka ?

Srisena is also helping the enemies of Sri Lanka to write a Federal Constitution. It is the MP Abraham Sumanthiran the Christian Tamil, perhaps to clear his guilt of not being a Hindu, is the prime mover of the writing of the New Constitution, which  is supported by America and the West,  and  opposed by the Sinhala Majority.

Sirisena who prides himself for  his supposed to have  resolved the  “fear of an electric chair” by making then enemies of Sri Lanka his friends, is ignorant that those Western Countries and India are only using him to achieve their objective of dividing  Sri Lanka both Communally and territorially,  weakening it to make it a dependent State, allowing to use Sri Lanka’s strategic position to their advantage.. 

Sirisena is ignorant that Yahapalanaya is only a pseudonym for a Government  run by a Prime Minister  assuming  dictatorial powers, with the Parliament, police and the judiciary well under his control, with a President only to give it a democratic face.

While President Sirisena  stands for democracy and freedom, his Prime Minister organised Bank robberies first on 27 February,2015, and the second in 25 March 2016, sold harbours and airports, signed  agreements without the consent of the President or the Parliament. And now  the UNP MPs shout from roof tops that there  is democracy in Sri Lanka.

While President Sirisena  is  globe trotting, Sri Lanka looses its historical identity with his so called independent judiciary condemning Buddhist monks for contempt of  court or for damage to public property. The judges stick to court rules that have come down from the British and have  lost the respect they  historically owe  to Buddhism  and the Buddhist Monks, who had been and are the guarding angels of Sri Lanka.

And all that,  while a UNP MP and a Minister who in a public meeting  calls for the resurgence of Tamil terrorism has not been  arrested for making seditious statements.

The NPC passes a resolution demanding the establishment of  International Courts with foreign judges and its Chief Minister  calls the Central Government not to settle Sinhala people in Tamil provinces. All that is happening while Sirisena in the name of reconciliation closes Military Camps and distributes land back to their owners in the North and East.  He fears to get arrested Wigneswaran, Sivajiganeshan or Vijayakala because he thinks it would be a threat to reconciliation. He upholds his Prime Ministers decisions.

But the Tamils do not want to reconcile with the Sinhala, but  want only   separation from the rest of  the Communities in Sri Lanka to have two Tamil only Provinces. But what do the Tamils-the Tamil politicians give to the Sinhala Community in return for Sirisena’s blind acts for an expected  reconciliation  of  the Tamil Community  with the Sinhala Community.

For some time now Sirisena is determined to hang drug dealers, he even requested the member states at the BIMSTEC Summit  in Nepal to rally round to fight against drug dealers, But no drug dealer has been hanged as yet.  It will be like his setting up of Commissions of Investigations. He gets the Commission reports and thereafter who knows what would happen.  He also asked  the BIMSTEC member States to unite to fight against poverty, which in Sri Lanka has increased since he took over the Presidency of Sri Lanka.

While Sirisena prays at Lumbini, Buddhism in Sri Lanka is being battered from all sides- the Buddhist Judges, the Buddhist police men, hasten to imprison yellow robed Buddhist Monks. While extremist racist Tamil politicians, and the interfering West, hasten to demand the removal of the Article 9 on the protection of Buddhism, from the Constitution of Sri Lanka.

Electing Maithripala Sirisena as the President was a great disaster to Sri Lanka, causing irreparable damage to a peaceful and secure country he found on the 8 January,2015 when he was unfortunately for Sri Lanka   elected  as its President. The external debt in 2015 had been around 44 billion dollars, which is around 54 billion dollars in 2018.

How can we redress Sri Lanka in this most regrettable situation in which  it finds itself today ?

We should have a political leader with experience and a vision to bring back Sri Lanka from the abyss it has been  pushed into by Maithripala Sirisena as its President.  There may be new people with new ideas, saying that the old politicians should be discarded  and new men with constructive new ideas put in place.

But we learn from other great nations that people still seek the old veterans to the young and bright. In China , people have declared Xi Jinping a President for life, Malaysia has brought back Mahathir Mohamad its 92 year old former Prime Minister to lead the country once again.

In Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapakse was the only President of Sri Lanka after its independence that showed he has the ability to change Sri Lanka, releasing it from fear and insecurity to peace and security and develop it to a middle income status. His government took loans, built roads, ports, airports, hospitals, schools and all that a developed country should have, and kept paying loans regularly. The IMF Commended his government for good financial management.

It was the UNP with the instructions received from the CIA, IMF and India RAW that created the slogan that Rajapaksa Regime is a family affair, and they and their supporters robbed the people. It was all a false story to discredit Mahinda Rajapakse . But Sri Lanka today  needs Mahinda Rajapakse back in saddle with his Mahinda Chintanaya, as it is the only man  with a vision who could restitute Sri Lanka to what it was before Maithripala Sirisena, from  its present sad politically distressing condition.

Therefore it is Mahinda Rajapakse and all those who are around him that should be back in saddle in Sri Lanka to bring back Sri Lanka to what it had been before Maithripala Sirisena was elected President on the 8^th January,2015.

Is it a Fool we have as President in Sri Lanka ?

 It is not to insult the President Maithripala Sirisena that we pose the question, whether  the President  of Sri Lanka is a fool ? It had been apparently so from the day he left SLFP some where in November, 2014, to become the common Presidential candidate  of the opposition led by the UNP. 

Since then he had been acting as a fool taking second place to Ranil Wickramasinghe the leader of the UNP whom he  appointed unconstitutionally  as the Prime Minister, to show his gratitude for his having picked him up to put him on the Presidential Chair.

He is a fool to have left  the SLFP and President Mahinda Rajapakse even if he were to say that Mahinda Rajapakse  was a difficult man to work with. Because if MahindaR was as difficult as that, it was because had reason to be so. Firstly he was new as the President and secondly  he had so many unsolved, problems of his predecessors and terrorism to deal with before any thing else. He had to trust every one around him and those in his cabinet. In doing so he may have allowed abuses by his Ministers and others , as in the face of terrorism he had to keep together even a disorderly groups  sitting around him.

Fortunately,  he had a brother who he could trust to the hilt, to be put in charge of solving  the problem with the terrorists. He may have also trusted his Cabinet of Ministers and more so his Minister of Health Maithripala Sirisena, who was also the Secretary of the SLFP of which Mahinda R was the President. But Sirisena proved himself to be a dishonest fool.ealth who was also the Secretary of the SLFP the reins of which he had taken over

Therefore, isn’t there a  question for us to pose whether  Maithripala Sirisena the President we have is a fool,  when we saw him leaving the most successful President Sri Lanka ever had, who eliminated  terrorism and develop the country to be a modern sovereign State, and if he had been still in power he would have made Sri Lanka not second to most of the  developed countries of the world ?

And for what did this foolish man Maithriplala Sirisena allowed himself to be lured by a angry hateful foolish woman, and Ranil Wickramasinghe who had lost nearly 30 elections , and  was sitting aside   fearing to contest a Parliamentary election lest he would fail again.

Maithripala Sirisena when he was still with Mahinda R would have known that RanilW will not make a trustworthy Prime Minister, having seen how he turned his back to both the President Chandrika K ,and the Parliament to betray the country by signing  a CFA with the terrorist Prabhakaran when he was the Prime Minister of  President Chandrika K’s government ? 

How strange that this man Maithreepala Sirisena trusted the UNP leader, who was not unknown to him for what he had been accused of in the Batalanda Commission Report, and subsequent raid of the Army Safe House in Aturugiriya millennium City ?

Maithreepala Sirisena deceived the SLFP and its President, and also the SLFP voters who elected him to the Parliament. 

All that for what ? 

Was it to become a name plate President, with his Prime Minister deciding on every thing affecting the country, such as taking over the Ministry  in Charge of Banks from the Finance Minister, appointing a citizen of Singapore  Arjun Mahendran as the Governor of the Central Bank and helping him steal the bank through issue of Bonds , negotiating  an ECTA with India, and  seeing the growing opposition of the people against it changing the  tactics by   turning his back to the Parliament as he did with the CFA, to sign a Trade Agreement with Singapore ?

What does the President know about the Trade Agreement of 1500pages issued  only in English signed by his Prime Minister with Singapore, which even the Prime Minister himself had not  the time to read when he signed it ?

This Trade Agreement with Singapore is  for all purposes the same as the proposed  ECTA with India.  If there is a difference it is only in the transport of material and services and personnel from India to Singapore and then from Singapore to Sri Lanka using the Agreement Singapore has with India and now with Sri Lanka.

Maithripala Sirisena having come to the opposition and being elected as the President,  should have had the guts to tell his Prime Minister  RanilW to do nothing without telling him, and to stop the Prime Minister taking decisions on his own, which have now  resulted in a fast track to bankruptcy.

These acts of the Prime Minister  since  Maithripala Sirisena  was  elected President of Sri Lanka on the 8^th January,2015, were each a slap on the face of the President . The only possibility left with the  President MaithripalaS is to appoint a Commission  when the news papers report them, and the opposition begins to clamour.

If Maithripala Sirisena as the President had  atleast a peanut size brain he should have told Ranil W when he was appointing him as his Prime Minister  to continue Mahinda Chintanaya until they are able to start there own plans for the future development of the country.  Of course when he left SLFP he may not have expected the Presidency of the Party  to have been thrust upon him. Mahinda R, had to do it as by then the ambitious senior SLFPs Sarath Amunugama, Mahinda Samarasinghe, Rajitha Senaratne etc. were already creeping to stand by the newly elected President.

But those SLFP seniors were unable to give the new President  the strength to stand on his own and say “no” loud and clear to RanilW’s  fanatism to erode the Sovereignty of Sri Lanka. A wise President would not have allowed the Prime Minister to propose the leader of the TNA as the leader of the opposition. He should not have allowed  the Prime Minister to  propose Karu Jayasuriya to be the speaker, Mangala Samaraweera to  the Foreign Ministry and Ravi Karunanayake to the Minister of Finance.  Maithripala Sirisena when he was with Mahinda Rajapakse knew all about these miscreants.

The UNP is continuing its disastrous trajectory for the destruction of Sri Lanka of which Maithripala Sirisena became the Ptesident on the 8^th January,2015.But this foolish President still holding onto the now dilapidated Yahapalanaya, continues to allow his Prime Minister to do what he wants , while he is satisfied  making speeches and calling for hangmen to hang the drug dealers.

The latest is that the Yahapalanaya is planning to give thousands of hectares of land from Badulla,Monaragala and Ambara to a US Based multinational company to cultivate sugarcane (CeylonToday of 17/08/2018)

This is the worst that this Yahapalanaya Government would be doing to Sri Lanka by giving  land to grow sugar cane to a US Base multinational, as it is well known with various types of US multinationals Companies the US had turned  developing countries into miserable Bananna States depending on the whims and fancies of these companies.  Further  sugar plantations are a crop destructive to the soil and it should be stopped at any cost as it is  not suitable  to an agrarian society like ours.

The foolish President will only wake up when things have gone too far and the only alternative he would have then would be to appoint a Commission  and forget about it there after. How many Commissions has this President appointed and has he taken action on the Commission reports ?

 While  the President Sirisena makes speeches and travel abroad, his Prime Minister is doing lot of damage to Sinhala Buddhists. He goes round saying that there is no people called Sinhala as they are a mixture including seafaring sailors, and the sea merchants. He also said at a ceremony at Church of Madhu that Sri Lanka should be a multi-religious country as that is the means to reconcile with the Tamils. Of course the President may not have still read about it in the papers , or may have thought a comment unnecessary.

The President has placed great trust in his NGO  supporters and readily  accepts their advice. An observant President would have taken into account hat his Yahapalanaya government has done nothing substantial  during the last three year period, of which it can be proud. They have only pushed the country into a deeper debt trap  than that they had when they took over the government on the 8^th January,2015.

If the President Sirisena can depend on whatever  wisdom he still has, he may at least now think seriously of forgetting his false pride to  come to an arrangement with  President Mahinda Rajapakse to govern the country together.

Prime Minister’s Dictatorship.

Ranil Wickramasinghe foresaw the outcome of the 8^th January,2015 Presidential election, and prepared the background with the help of America and the West and India for the establishment of a UNP Government.  The UNP  treasury was empty and it needed funds and RanilW arranged for the means to fill the UNP treasury with enough funds to buy supporters and manipulated  others to disarm the President.

19^th Amendment conveniently took away the powers of the President, making him only a clever speech maker without power to stop  the Prime Minister do what he wants. The same thing happened under ex President Chandrika Kumaratunga when the same  man became the Prime Minister.  He  turned his back to President and signed an important agreement without even the consent of the Parliament with the terrorist leader Prabhakaran , which was to decide the future of Sri Lanka.

Fortunately for Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapakse became the President  and reversed the situation.

The ex President Chandrika Kumaratunga had the guts to remove the Prime Minister RanilW when he was visiting President Bush in America, and take away the Ministries which were under the Prime Minister, which consequently resulted in the dissolution of the Parliament.

Unfortunately,  in the case of the President Maithripala Sirisena, he  dares not speak a word against the Prime Minister,  suffering from  a fear psychosis which he himself admitted  when he said that if  he had lost the Presidential election on the 8^th January,2015,  he may have been six feet under ground.  An intelligent man would not have thought as he did, as such a thing would not have been possible.

Mahinda Rajapakse who Maithripala Sirisena feared, is a peaceful man. As President of Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapakse,   before he started  the military operations against terrorists,  invited the terrorist leader to meet him for  a negotiated settlement of the issue.

That fear seems to be still reining the President’s mind today. Therefore, he is satisfied making speeches and appointing Commissions. But in reality  nothing seem to happen after the Commissions report their findings to the President.

Every thing goes as usual, giving  the Prime Minister more strength to continue his unconcerned destruction of Sri Lanka Examples are many,  first the Bond Scam, then the selling( long lease) of Hambantota Port to China, signing a trade Agreement with Singapore,  and preparing the sale of Mattala Air Port and the Trincomalee Habour to India. Only the Prime Minster knows , what more is to come? The President has to wait until the announcements are made in the press.

The people see that there is no consultation what so ever between the  President and the Prime Minister. But yet slowly and surely the Prime Minister and  UNP  continue selling off Sri Lanka to West, molding  old Sri Lanka, to a modern Western model.. The Secretary of the UNP as Minister of Education has signed a contract to resume getting down American Peace Corp to Sri Lanka.

The Prime Minster pays his UNP MPs a gift of two lacks each to keep them satisfied. Most of the UNP Ministers and MPs participating in TV debates have the same arguments  which they fashioned  from the time of their emergence as member of the  government  labelled Yahapalanaya.

The modus operandi of the UNP participants in TV Debates is coming out with same arguments against the previous government of Mahinda Rajapakse, referring to the shooting at strikers , and a white van culture  and  recuperating the democracy which they say was absent during the previous regime, allowing people to strike and manifest against the Government ‘(even if the Yahapalanaya pays no attention to strikers or manifestations).

There is no one, no public or private sector in Sri Lanka which is independent and out of the control of the Dictator - the Press-( the editorials criticise the Yahapalanaya , but in the same tone it  criticises the former Government of President Mahinda Rajapakse),  the legislature- (Speaker is the yes man of the Prime Minister.The Speaker does not recognize 70 members of  the joint opposition as the Parliamentary Opposition),  the Judiciary- most of the judgments are with an eye to please the Yahapalanaya, the executive- the police and CID are completely under the control of the Prime Minister,  and the three Buddhist Nikayas –the Mahanayakas do not criticise the Yahapalanaya. Hence every thing in Sri Lanka is  under the control of the “Big Brother”  the Dictator and his UNP.

The Speaker of the Parliament says he is democratic, but takes decisions  to please  the Dictator,  a Judge despite being perhaps a Sinhala Buddhist condemns  a Buddhist Monk  for imprisonment for an alleged contempt of Court…the Judge follows the letter of the rule , and his concept of respect for religious and social etiquettes  is lopsided, the Army falls in line with the Dictator to fulfil his desire for reconciliation with Tamils.

A Buddhist Monk  is condemned for imprisonment for contempt of a still British Court, and the whole population of  Buddhist Monks seem to be in fear of the Dictator and no one of the Buddhist Monks has come forward to protest against this  humiliation of the Buddha Ratna in this still Sinhala Buddhist Country.  The President is silent on the issue perhaps because of his gratitude to he who made him President , or he fears the Dictator.

The President has been made a lame duck as the Dictator has decided that his term of Office ends in 2020, and the President  would be without the support of the UNP or the SLFP the senior members of which –Nimal Siripala de Silva, Sarath Amunugama, Mahinda Samarasinghe, Duminda Dissanayaka, Mahinda Amaraweera et al are UNP at heart and will abandon Maithripala Sirisena to stand with Ranil W in 2020.  

The West panders to the Tamils and ignores the majority Sinhala. UK Government gives one million sterling pounds to build houses in the North and East. “Canada helps improve human rights in Sri Lanka by supporting the implementation of Sri Lanka’s official language policy. This policy helps minority groups to access social services such as health and police protection  in their own language.” These are the Western means of implementing their communal separation policies to weaken the unitary status of Sri Lanka, pitting minorities against the majority community.

Even the President does not know the contents of the Trade Agreement signed  with Singapore  under the initiative of the Prime Minister. It was never presented to the Parliament before it was signed, because the Big Brother-the Dictator had decided it be so. The agreement contains  more than thousand pages and it is in English. Even the UNP Ministers who participate in TV debates on the Singapore agreement seem to be ignorant of the effects of the agreement, let alone whether  they know the whole of the contents of it.

They promise to the listening public that there would not be negative effects, but it is like the CFA that Prime Minister in an earlier occasion signed with the terrorist Prabhakaran, and the 13 Amendment  his uncle accepted from India. The ill effects of the Singapore Trade Agreement  will begin to be seen only after its implementation.

It is surprising the  confidence and the attachment  the UNP Dictator has for Singapore. He installed the Singapore citizen Arjun Mahendran as the Governor of the Central Bank praising him as a man with great knowledge an equal for him cannot be found in Sri Lanka, and the experience turned out to be the worst for Sri Lanka.

And now with the Trade Agreement with Singapore highly praised by the Prime Minister and the UNP may certainly turn out to be  worst than what Sri Lanka got with the a man they imported  from Singapore and  installed as the Governor of the Central Bank.

Ranil W the Prime Minister has no great affection for the Sinhala Buddhist Culture. He  wants the Western Culture implanted in Sri Lanka, and for that Buddhism is an obstacle. He goes round saying that all religions should be treated equally for the sake of his sacrosanct reconciliation with the Tamils. His first step in Westernising Sri Lanka culture was the first Independence Day celebrated by the Yahapalanaya . There he got an Opera Singer to sing a Sinhala Buddhist  song in the Western Opera style. It is said that he even wants to start a Sri Lankan Symphony Orchestra.

The new trend of Musical Festivals with foreign Singers and Musicians as the one that is being organised by National Trust Banks of America with local Agents also affects our traditional culture, and this seems to be allowed by the Yahapalanaya Government despite a number of deaths at a previous such festival. The Prime Minister enjoy the support of several NGOs and there is no control of the activities of the NGOs in Sri Lanka.

JVP is also supporting the Prime Ministerial Dictatorship, by seeking to introduce  the 20^th Amendment with an eye to elect a President  by the Parliament, instead of by a peoples’ vote. This is to assure that the Prime Minister who had lost 30 elections, will instead of presenting himself to a Presidential election  be appointed instead by the Parliamentarians. This stands favourable to JVP as well as hey could present their Presidential Candidate  as well for a Parliamentary election.

The Prime Minister of Sri Lanka is not a Prime Minister of the people, as the Presidential election was won by 62 lakhs of votes, and the President selected RanilW as his Prime Minister unconstitutionally  when 58 lakhs of voters opposed the election of the President. Therefore through respect to the people of this country the President should dismiss the Prime Minister who continues to put Sri Lanka’s culture, and its communal unity in danger and call for new elections.

සිරිසෙන ජනාධිපති තුමනි, ලෝකයේ කොයි රටේද සුළු ජාතිකයන් සම්භන්ධ කරගෙන  ඒ රටේ ව්‍යවස්ථාව ලියාතිබෙන්නේ? 

රටේ මහජනතාව වෙනුවෙන් ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් ලියන්නේ ඒ රටේ අයිතිහාසික අයිතිවාසිකමට උරුමක්කාරයන්වූ  එරටේ පිළිගත් මහජාතිය විසිනුයි.  ඒම ව්‍යවස්ථාවේ මහජාතියේ අයිතිවාසිකම්, ආගමික, හා  සංස්කෘතික අයිතිවාසිකම් ආරක්ෂාකරගෙන සුලුජාතීන්ට  යුක්තිය සාධාරනය,  හා ඔවුන්ගේ ආගම් හා  සංස්කෘතික උරුමයන් නිදහස්ව පත්වාගෙන යාමේ අයිතිය ආරක්ශාකරදෙමින්ය ලෝකයේ හැමජාතියක්ම මේවනතුරැ තමන්ගේ  රටේ ව්‍යවස්ථාවන් ලියා ස්ථාපිත කරතිබෙන්නේ.

නමුත් සිරිසේන මැතිතුමාණෙනි ඔබ ජනාධිපතිවී සිටින  අසමත්ජාති යහපාලනයක් නිසා  අණේක පීඩනයන්ට ගොදුරුවී සිටින ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට අලුත් ව්‍යවස්තාවක් ලියන්නට ඔබ දැන හෝ නොදැන ඔබේ අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය රනිල් වික්රමසින්හ මුලිකත්වයගෙන  ව්‍යවස්තාවක් ලිවීමට තරම් දේශාභිමානයක් හෝ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ  අයිතිහාසික ආගමීක හා සංස්කෘතික අයිතිවාසිකම් පිලිබඳ එතරම් දැනුමක් නැති කලක් මර්ක්ස්වාදියෙක්ව සිටි   ලාල් විජෙනායක හා බෞද්ධාගමට හා ශ්‍රී ලංකාවෙ බෞද්ධ සන්ස්කෘතියට විරුද්ධතාවය එළිපිටම පවසන දෙමල ජාතික සන්ධානයේ  ක්‍රිස්තියානි දෙමළ  ඒබ්‍රහම් සුමන්දිරන්ට භාර දී තිබේ.

ඇරත් ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් ලිවීම පිලිබඳව  ඇමෙරිකාවද  සම්භන්ධව සිටින බව හිටපු ඇමෙරිකානු තානාපති අතුල් කෙශප් ලංකාවෙන් පිටව යන්නට  පෙර දෙමල ජාතික සන්ධානයේ දෙමල ඊලාමයක් ඉල්ලන  සම්බන්දන්  හමුවී අලුත් ව්‍යවස්ථාව ඉක්මන්ව සදා නිමකරගන්නාලෙස ඉල්ලීමක් කලබව සඳහන්ව තිබේ.

1978 ව්‍යවස්ථාව  අලුත් සංශෝධනයන් එකතුකරමින් තවත් ඉදිරියට ගෙනයා හැක. එබැවින් අලුත් ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් ලිවීමේ අවශ්‍යතාවයක් නොමැත.  යම් දවසක අලුත් ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් ලියන්නේ නම් එය ලියවිය යුත්තේ සිංහල බෞද්ධ මහාජාතියේ උවමනාවට ඔවුන් විසින් තෝරාගත් උගත් මණ්ඩලයක් විසින්ය.

ඊට කොහෙත්ම සුළු ජාතිකයින් සම්බන්දකරගැනීමක් අවශ්‍ය නොවේ. සුලුජාතිකයින්ට හෝ ඔවුන්ගේ ආගමටත්, ඔවුන්ගේ සංස්කෘතියටත් වෙනස්කමක් නොදක්වා ගෞරවාත්මක අවංක මැදිහත් ලංකාව නිජභුමිය කරගත් සැමදෙනාටම පිළිගත හැකි ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් ලියචිය හැක්කේ සිංහල බෞද්ධ උගතුන් විසින්ය.

දේශපාලනය කරන  හා පිටරටවෙසෙන දියෙස්පෝරා  දේමලුන් හැර අනිත් ලංකා වාසි සියළුම දෙමල ජනතාවද සිංහල බෞද්ධයන් විසින් ලියන ලද ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් අනුමතකරන අතර දෙමල ජනතා සංධානයේ,  හා අන්තවාදී දේමල දේශපාලකයින්ගෙන් ලැබෙන නිදහසේ ජීවත්වීමේ අවස්තාවන්ටත් වඩා හොඳ කුල භේදයෙන් තොර ජීවත්වීමේ අවස්තාවක් සිංහල බෞද්ධයින්ග්ගෙන් සාමාන්‍ය දෙමල ජනතාවට  ලැබෙන බව ඔවුන් දන්නෝය.

දෙමළ සුළු ජාතික දේශපාලකයන් සම්භන්ධ කරවාගෙන මොන කොමිටියකින් හෝ ලියන ව්‍යවස්තාවක් රටටම පිළිගතහැකි ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් නොවන්නේ සුළු දෙමළජාතික හා  මුස්ලිම් ජාතික දේශපාලකයින් සින්හලයින්ටත් බෞද්ධආගමටත් ගරුත්වයක් හෝ කැමැත්තක් නැති නිසාය.

සුළුජාතීන් සම්බක්ධකරගෙන අපක්ෂපාත ලංකාවේ සියලු දෙනාට පිළිගත හැකි ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් කවරදාකවත් ලියවිය නොහැක.

ලංකාවේ අයිතිහාසික පැවැත්මත් බෞද්ධාගම, හා ඒ වටා හැඩගැසුණ සිංහල බෞද්ධ සංස්කෘතියටත් සිංහල බෞද්ධ මහා ජාතියේ සාධාරනත්වය, සාමකාමි, මිත්‍රශීලී භාවයත් හේතුවෙන්  සර්වසද්ධාරණ  කාටත් පිළිගත හැකි ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් සිහල බෞද්ධයින්ගෙන් මිස වෙන කිසිවෙකුගෙන් ලබාගත නොහැක.

ජනාධිපත් තුමනි, මේ අවස්ථාවේ ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට අලුත් ව්‍යවස්තාවක අවශ්‍ය තාවයක් නොමැති නිසා මේ ව්‍යවස්තාව සෑදීමේ කටයුත්ත වහා නතරකිරීම ලංකාවේ ජනාධිපති වශයෙන් ඔබේ යුතුකමක්ය.

ජනාධිපති තුමනි තවත් දෙයක් මතක් කල යුතුය, සම්පුර්ණයෙන්ම ත්‍රස්තවාදයේ පැවැත්ම සඳහා කටයුතුකරණ  විජයකලා මහේස්වරන් කිසි චකිතයක් නොමැතිව උතුරේ රජයේ උත්සව සභාවකදී සංහිඳියාව සඳහා රට පාවාදෙමින් සිටින එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂයේ මැති ඇමතිවරුන් ඉදිරියේ   ලංකාවේ දෙමල ජනතාවගේ ආරක්ෂාව නිදහස රැකගැනීම සඳහා දෙමල ජනතාව  වෙනුවෙන් වෙහෙසව කටයුතුකල  ත්‍රස්ත වාදය නැවත පනගැන්විය යුතුයි කියද්දී, ඒ කතාව වැරදියි කීමට තරම් කොන්දක් තිබු නු එකෙක් එතන නොසිටීම ගැන මුළු යහපාලන ආණ්ඩුවම ලජ්ජාවිය  යුතුය.

එවැනි  රාජද්‍රෝහී  කතාවක් කල ඇය ඇමති ධුරයෙන් අස්කිරීම පමණක් නොවේ කල යුතුව තිබුනේ ඇය පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී ධුරයෙනුත්  ඉවත් කර පොලිසියට භාරදිමයි. අග්‍රාමාත්‍යවරයා ඔහුගේ රාජකාරිය නිසි ලෙස කරගෙන යන්නෙනම් විජයකළා මන්ත්‍රීවරිය  එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂ සාමාජිකත්වයෙන්  ද ඉවත්කලයුතුව තිබුණි.

නමුත් මේ ගැන ජනාධිපති සිරිසේන මැතිතුමාණෙනි ඔබ කුමක්ද කලේ ?

ඒ පිළිබඳව ඔබ නිහඬව සිටීම ජනාධිපතිවරයෙකුට තරම් නොවේ. එදා ලාංකිකයෙක් නොවන සිංගප්පුරු ජාතිකයෙක් මහා බැකුවේ අධිපතිලෙස පත්කරද්දී  ඔබතුමා එය වලක්වා ඊට විරුද්ධව වචනයක්වත් නොකීවා මෙන්ම,  විජයකලා මහේස්වරන් ගේ කතාව පිළිබඳවත් තව අදවන තුරු ඔබතුමා එයට විරුද්ධව වචනයක්වත් කියා නැත. ඒ මක්නිසාද ජනාධ්පති ඇත්තෙන්ම ඔහුගේ අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය රනිල් වික්‍රමසින්හට ඔය තරම් බයද ?

ඇමෙරිකාව පස්සේ ගිහින් තමා ලෝකයේ අපි වගේ බොහෝ රටවල් අන්ත  පරාජික හත්වයකට වැටී සිටින්නේ. ඒ හැම රටක ජනප්‍රිය නායකයින් මරාදමල කොන්ගොව ගුවතමාළාව, පැනමාව, චිලි  ආදී රටවල් ඇමෙරිකානු හා බටහිර ආධිපත්‍යට යටකරගත්තා සේ ලංකාවත් මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ ජනාධිපති තුමා චන්දයෙන් පරදවා ඇමෙරිකාවට කත් අදින රුකඩ යහපාලන ආණ්ඩුවක් පත්කරගෙන සිටී.

රටවල්වලට ආධාරකරනවා කියාගෙන සමහරක් රටවල දුෂ්කර ප්‍රදෙෂවලවල මිනිසුන්ට ආධාර වශයෙන් ඇමෙරිකානු යුද යානා යොදවා කෑම පාර්සල් දමයි. නමුත් මේ කෑම බහාලන බෑග්වල ඇහැට නොපෙණේන තරම් ඉතා  පොඩි විද්‍යුත් කැමරා සවිකර

ඒ රටවල භූමි ස්මීක්ෂන කරන බව ඇමෙරිකානු රහස් සේවයකින් ඉවත් උන ජොන් පර්කින්ම  ඔහු ලියු  The Confession of an American Hit Man නමැති පොතේ සඳහන්කරයි.

ඒ ඇරත් ඇමෙරිකා රහස් සේවය සමහරක් රටවල් වල ලෙඩ ඇතිකරවන වයිරසයන් ද විසිරුවා හැරීමට  නොපැකිලිවන්නේය. එබැවින් ලංකාවේ උතුරු මැද්‍ ප්‍රදේශයේ පවතින වකුගඩු රෝගය පිළිබඳවත් එය හැදුනේ කොයි කාලයේද පැතිර ගියේ කෙසේද,  ඒකාලයේ ඒ ප්‍රදේශවල USAID වැඩමුළු පැවතුනේ දෑයි සොයා බැලිය යුතුය.

ජනාධිපත් තුමනි ඔබේ අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය වරයා විසින් ඔබව පන්නා දමන්න පෙර ඔබවිසින් ඔබේ අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය වරයා පන්නාදැමිය යුතුය.

මෛත්‍රිපාල  සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති  තුමනි ඔබ තරහෙන් ක්‍රෝධයෙන් පළිගැනීමේ චේතනාවෙන්  ගෙන යන වෛරී දේශපාලනය නතරකිරීමට කාලය එළඹ තිබේ. ඔබේ අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය වරයා විසින් අනිවාර්යෙන්ම විදේශිඛයන්ගේ සහායෙන් ලියු 19වන ව්‍යවස්ථා සංයෝජනයෙන් ජනාධිපතිවරයාගේ තනතුර අත්හිටවීමට ගත යුතු පියවරවල් සඳහන් කරතිබෙන අතර අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය වරයාගේ තනතුර අත්හිටවීමට ගතයුතු පියවරවල් සඳහන්කර නොමැත.

ඇත්තවශයෙන්ම ජනාධිපතිතුමනි ඔබ ඔබේ අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය වරයා ඔහුගේ අමෙර්කානු හා බටහිර හිතවතුන්ගේ උපදෙස් පරිදි ඔබ පිටුපස සිට කරන ක්‍රියාවන් ගැන ඔබ දන්නා දෙයක් නැත. 2015 ජනවාරි මස 8වනදා ඔබ ජනාධිපති  ධූරයට පත් ඌවාට පසු ශ්‍රී ලංකාව සීග්‍රයෙන් අගාදියට ඇදීයාම පටන්ගත්තේය. ඒ නිසා අද ලංකාව වැටී තිබෙන මැනුම්කල  නොහැකි දීර්ඝ ප්‍රපාතයෙන් ගොඩගෙන ඔබ මේ භාග්‍යමත් අතීත සිංහල මුතුන් මිත්තන්ගේ රටේ ජනාධිපති වන්නට  පෙර තිබු තත්වයට මේ රට නැවත ගෙන ඒම සුළුපටු කාර්යයක් නොවෙනවා ඇත.

එබැවින් ඔබේ විදේශික වන්දනාගමන් යාම අත්හිටුවා  අගාදියට වැටී තිබෙන, යහපාලනයට පෙර තිබු මේ භාග්‍යමත් රටේ  ඉතුරුවී තිබෙන යම් තැනක නැවතී, කොන්දක් තිබෙනවානම් එය කෙලින් කරගෙන ඔබ වටා  සිටින ඔබ ජනාධිපති පුටුවට උස්සා තියා ඔබේ නිවට නොන්ජල් කමෙන් ප්‍රයෝජන, ගෙන රට හුරා කාගෙන, මහා බැංකුව මංකොල්ලකාගෙන, සිංහල මහා ජාතිය විනාශකර, රටබෙදා විකුණනාගෙන,  ධන කුවෙරයන්වී උන්ගේ උපන් පෙදෙස්වල හොර සල්ලිවලින් හදාගත් මහා මන්දිර වල පදිංචියට යන්න මානබලන  දුෂ්ඨ අධම දේශපාලන නිවටයින් පන්නා දැමීමට  දැන්වත් ඉක්මන් ක්‍රියාපිලිවෙලක් සොයාගත යුතුය.

සිරිසේන ජනාධිපති  තුමනි, ජනාධිපති මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ තුමා ගේ  මහින්ද චින්තනය මෙන් රට දියුණුකිරීමට සුදුසු මාහැඟි දර්ශනීය  වැඩපිළිවෙලක් සකස් කර, අවුරුදු තිහක ත්‍රස්තවාදය නිමාකර, ලංකාව නිදහස ලබාගත්තාට පසුව සිටි  කිසිම අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය වරයෙකුට  හෝ ජනාධිපතිවරයකුට කල නොහැකිවූ විශාල දියුනුවක් කරා ශ්‍රී ලංකාව ගෙනයාමට හැකිවූ තරම් බලවත් දේශපාලන දර්ශනයක් ඔබට නැත.

ජනාධිපති තුමනි ඔබ දිග ඇරී ගිය දේශපාලන නුල්බෝලයක  පැටලී සිටියදී  යහපාලනය තවතවත් නොමග යවා ඇමෙරිකානු සී අයි ඒ වැඩපිළිවෙලක් අනුව ලංකාව විනාශකිරීමට  ගෙනයන  ඊනියා සංහිදියාව සඳහා කාර්ය භාරයක් ඉටු කරවාගැනීමට ලංකාවේ සිටින ඔවුන්ගේ එන් ජී ඔ ඒජන්තවරුන්ට  ඇමෙරිකාව ඩොලර් බිලියන ගනනාවක් ගෙවා ඇතිබව සඳහන්වී තිබේ.

අමෙරිකාව ලංකාව බෙදීම සඳහා ගෙන යන වෑයමේ අවශ්‍ය තාවයක් වූ  ලංකාවට අලුත් ව්‍යවස්ථාවක් සැදීම  සඳහා  යහපාලන ආණ්ඩුව  පෙලඹවීමට   ටී එන් ඒ  නායක සම්බන්තන් දේමල දේශපාලන උම්මත්තකයා සහභාගී කරවාගැනීමට  ඇමෙරිකානු තානාපති අතුල් කෙශප් සම්පන්දන් හමුවූ බවක්ද පසුගිය දවසක සිදුවුබව පත්‍රවල සඳහන් වී  තිබුනේය.

ඇමෙරිකාව හා බටහිර රටවල්  අපෙ රටට මෙතරම් හානි කරන්නේ ඈයි දැයි  ලංකාවේ ජනතාවෙන් බොහෝ දෙනෙක් නොදන්නවා ඇත. සමහරක් දෙනා මේ  විරුද්ධ පක්ෂය ගෙන යන බොරු ප්‍රචාරයක්යයිද සිතනවාද ඇත. මෙය මහජනතාවට පැහැදිලිව කියා දිය යුතුය.

එනම්  ශ්‍රී ලංකාව දෙකඩ කිරීමෙන් අමෙරිකාවට පහසුවෙන්ම ලංකාව ඔවුන්ගේ අනසකට ගොදුරුකරගැනීමෙන්  චීනයට විරුද්ධ ඇමෙරිකානු නාවික  තොටුපලක්  ලංකාවේ සාදාගැනීමට ඉඩ ප්‍රස්තාව ලැබෙන හෙයින්ය අමෙරිකාව මෙතරම් දෙමළුන්ට සැලකිල්ලක් දක්වමින්  සංහිදියාව සඳහායි කියා   ශ්‍රී ලංකාව  බෙදීමේ වීයාපාරයක් ගෙනියන්නේ. ජනතාව මෙය හොදින් අවභෝදකරගත යුතුය. මෙය බොරුවක්නොවේ,  බොරු ප්‍රචාරයක්ද නොවේ.

ඇමෙරිකානුවන්  සහ බටහිර රටවල් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට තියා කොයියම් රටකටවත් ආදරයක්, කරුණාවක්, අනුකම්පාවක් ඇති එවුන් නොවෙ. මුන් තිරිසනුන්ටත් වැඩිය දරුණු හිතක් පපුවක් නැති අධර්මිස්ට, රටවල් වනසන මිනීමරුවෝ. මුන් ලිබියා, ඉරාකය, සිරියාව, ඇෆ්ඝනිස්තානය වැනි රටවල් බෝම්ඹ  දාල පොඩි පට්ටම් කරලා දහස් ගණන් මිනිස්සු මරලා විනාශකලා. මුන් කෙරිහි විශ්වාශයක් තියන්න බෑ.

මේ අපේ රට බෙදීමේ ඇමෙරිකානු ප්‍රයත්නයට  රනිල් අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය වරයා සහ මංගල සමරවීර  ගේ සහායද ඇමෙරිකාවට ලැබෙනු ඇත.  උතුරේ සහ නැගෙනහිර යුද කඳවුරු අහක් කරගැනීම හා  අයිතිකරුවන් යයි  කියාගන්නා  තෝරාගත් දෙමළුන්ට යුද හමුදාව ලබාගත් ඉඩම් ආපසු පැවරීමත් මේ රට දෙකඩ කිරීමේ ප්‍රත්නයේ තවත් වැඩ කොටසක්ය.

මේවා ඉතා සුක්ෂමව කරගෙන යනබැවින්  මේ කරුණු ඔප්පුකර පෙන්වීමට සාක්ෂි නොමැත. නමුත් දෙමල දයස් පොරාවත් ඇමෙරිකාව හා බටහිර රටවලුත් ඔවුන් ගේ උත්සාහයෙන් ගෙනා උන්ගේ රුකඩ යහපාලන ආණ්ඩුව පවතින කාලය අතරතුර ශ්‍රී ලංකාව දෙකඩකර විනාශකර දැමීමට උන් ඉක්මන් වැඩකොටසක් කරගෙනයයි.

ජනාධිපති තුමනි ඔබ මේ මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය ජාවරම්කරුවන් එල්ලාමරන්නට මහා ආන්දෝලනයක් කරගෙන ඔබේ හිත වෙන අතකට හරවාගෙන යද්දී ඔබේ පිටුපස ඇමෙරිකාවයි බටහිර රටවලුයි එක්වී බරපතල ලංකාවට හානිකර දේශපාලන ක්‍රියාවලියක් කරමින් සිටී.    ලංකාවේ වටිනා ආයතන රැසක් විකුනා දැමීමට ඔබේ අග්‍රාමාත්‍ය වරයා පොලොඹවාගෙන යනබවක් ඔබට නොපෙනේද නැතහොත් ඒවාට ඔබත් සම්බන්ධවී සිටිත්ද ? 

මත්ද්‍රව්‍ය ජාවාරම්කරුවන් හා මිනීමරුවන් එල්ලාදැමීමෙන් මත් ද්‍රව්‍ය ජාවාරම් කරුවන් වත් මිනීමරුවන්වත් අධයිර්ය කිරීමට එල්ලුම් ගහ හේතුවක්වෙන්ණේනම් නැත. ඒ සඳහා අවශ්‍ය වන්නේ වඩාත් කාර්යක්ෂමවත්  පොලිස් සේවයක් හා පුහුණුකරන ලද විශේෂ පොලිස් භට කාන්ඩායමක්ය.  අද තිබෙන පොලිස් හමුදාව අග්‍රාමාත්‍යවරයාගේ හා එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂයේ දේශපාලන අතකොලුවක්ය.

දැන් නම් රනිල් සිරිසේන යුවල ගෙනගිය යහපාලනයේ  අදුරදර්ශී ක්‍රියාවන්  නිසා  ලංකාව විනාශයකරා යන ගමන නැවත්වීමට හැකියාවක් තිබෙන්නේ  ජනාධිපති සිරිසේන ලැබූ පදවියෙන් මත්වී අහස්යානවල පළමුවැනි පන්තියේ විදෙස් සංචාරයට  යාමට හුරු පුරුදුවී වැටී සිටින නින්දෙන් අවදිවී රනිල් වික්‍රමසිංහ   අග්‍රාමාත්‍යවරයා  ජනාධිපති බලයත් ඔහුඅතට පවරාගෙන  ලංකාව තවදුරටත් විනාශකිරීම නැවැත්වීමට  යම් වැඩ පිළිවෙලක් ඉක්මනට යෙදුවොත් පමණයි

ලංකාවේ දුප්පත් ජනතාවට නම් උවමනා යහපාලනය ට පයින්ගසා ඒ පාලක පැලන්තියම  එළවා දමා රට නැවතත් දියුණුකිරීමේ විධි මත් දර්ශනයක් ඇති ඥානවන්ත විශ්වාශය තැබීය හැකි පාලකයෙක් ලබා ගැනීමයි.

දැනටමත්  ජේනෙරාල් රෝබෙර්ට් බ්රවුන්  නැමැති  ඇමෙරිකානු හමුදා අණදෙන නිලධාරියෙක්  ලංකාවට පැමිණ යහපාලන ආණ්ඩුව දෙමලුත් සමග ගෙනයන  සංහිඳීයාව ක්‍රියාවලියට ප්‍රශංශා කර ඇත. මෙය සිරිසේන රනිල් දෙපලට ඔවුන් ගේ රට දෙකඩ කිරීමේ ප්‍රයර්තනයට මහත් ධය්ර්යයක් වනවා ඇති,

ඇමෙරිකාව හෝ බටහිර රටවල් ලංකාව දියුණුකිරීමට ආයෝජන ගෙනෙන්නේ නැත.  ඔවුන්ට උවමනාවන්නේ  ලංකාව දුප්පත් දෙකඩවූ ඔවුන්ගේ බලයට යටත් වූ රටක් කරවීමයි. ජනාධිපති තුමනි ඔබට මේ බව නොතේරෙන එක මහා පුදුමයකි.
