International Community’s unceasing effort to help terrorism in Sri Lanka has been laid bare

The personalities of the International Community who did not speak a word when the ruthless terrorists during their height of power were assassinating our Presidents, Ministers, Members of the Parliament, the Officers of the Security forces, innocent civilians, kidnapping children, and destroying our airports, have now come out in force to defend these very same terrorists who are being eliminated by our armed forces, who have so far carried out military operations to rid the country of the terrorist without causing damage to the Tamil Civilians in the areas that were under their control.

It is no surprise that Robert Evans EU Parliamentarian who was a vociferous defender of the terrorists comes out again accusing the Government Forces for killing civilians. The CNN seems to have taken over from the BBC the defence of terrorists, publishing articles from the terrorist website TamilNet, accusing the government of “genocide”. Sweden and Canada too have joined the fray to defend the terrorists.

The true situation is that the terrorists who are now cornered in a small territory,

are keeping by force about 50 to 100 thousand of the Tamil Civilians as a human shield to avoid the Government Forces from opening artillery fire. They are not listening to any one to release the captive Tamil population, for fear that if the captives are released the government forces will capture the territory to end terrorism for good in Sri Lanka.

This opportunity for the International Community to intervene on behalf of the terrorists was planned by the terrorists, who were being systematically eliminated by the Government Forces. The military operations were successful and the Government forces are on the verge of ending terrorism, by “chasing” the terrorists now cornered into a small area of 20 square metre in Mulativu . The terrorists are aware that their days are numbered, and their reign of terror of the past 30 years will soon come to an end.

In the mean time they had been cut off from their former benefactors in the International Community. As a means to escape from their isolation, the cunning terrorists devised a plan to draw the attention of the International Community to them by herding about 50, 000 civilians (according to a Catholic Priest who had escaped from the area) along with them to Mulativu jungles where they are now holed up, keeping them as a human shield to protect themselves from the artillery fire of the Government forces.

They now use these innocent civilians by placing their heavy guns among them and opening artillery fire at the Government forces. They shoot at Tamil civilians trying to escape from them into government controlled areas, and complain that the civilians had been shot at by the Government Forces. They recently targeted the hospital, and accused the Government Forces for the damage caused and the deaths of the patients.

The personnel from the ICRC, who do not investigate as to who shot into the hospitals, repeat what others say accusing the Government Forces. This is just what the terrorists expected to happen. Robert Evans who had been a pro terrorists investigator, always ready to attack the Government, is capitalising the situation continuing his ancient practice of defending the terrorists.

In Sri Lanka the International Community has been laid bare of its secret plan to keep the independent nations struggling for their development in its grip making them dependent on it for their economic and technological development. An example is the EU holding up GSP+ benefits to Sri Lanka.

That is how the International Community wants to keep the developing nations of the world under control using them as buffer states, using their territories for the installation of their military defence systems for their protection, and using their soil for the excavation of mineral deposits, and using them as their markets for weapons of war to encourage the internecine wars that would keep the developing countries always poor and dependent on the rich nations of the west.

The discoveries in the terrorist controlled areas in Sri Lanka which have being liberated by the Armed Forces of the Government, are evidence of the extent of participation of the members of the International Community to help the terrorists to develop the infrastructure necessary for a separate Tamil State in the North.

A generator Presented or sold to the terrorists by the Danish INGOs

The numerous INGOs who had come to Sri Lanka after the tsunami, had been qualified engineers, technicians. They had deliberately helped the terrorists to break away the north east of Sri Lanka to set up their own Independent State.

In order to facilitate this object, and carry out a successful warfare against the Government Forces, the pseudo INGOs from the West had been constructing seven air strips in Kilinochchi and Mulativu. They had provided the terrorists with the technical know how for the construction of boats, submergible suicide boats.

They had also set up highly sophisticate telecommunication centres, supplied air planes, and constructed several luxury bunkers as comfortable living quarters.

Under the pretext of helping the people affected by the tsunami the pseudo INGOs had handed over to the terrorists, heavy earth moving machinery to dig moats, build earth bunds, and construct underground bunkers.

The Government had no control over these INGOs as they were in the areas controlled by the terrorists, and they had a free hand to make the Sri Lanka terrorists a strong anti-government force. The outside walls of the bunkers had been protected against artillery fire not by stacking sand bags against the walls, but by stacking bags of rice received as foreign aid and transported to the terrorists controlled areas by the Government to feed the people.

A well thought out action plan by the Western pseudo INGOs had been prepared for the terrorists to set up an Independent State. While the European technicians were preparing the infrastructure necessary for an independent state, their Counterparts, the Ambassadors of UK, USA, Netherland, Germany, Switzerland, India and still unknown numbers of them, had been enrolling the services of various International Agencies such as the UNHRC, ICRC, Amnesty International, Human right Activists, US Senators, Former Ambassadors , and even a US Attorney, to stop the Sovereign State of Sri Lanka from carrying out a successful military operation against the terrorists.

They accused the Government of Sri Lanka of violation of Human Rights, and for genocide, They accused the Government Forces for opening artillery fire at Civilians, and continuously called Government of Sri Lanka to enter into a negotiated peace settlement with the terrorists, while they cried from house tops that terrorists have no place around their negotiating tables.

The Foreign media, BBC, Reuters, AFP, CNN, the News Media in the USA, Boston Post, International Herald Tribune , New York Times , defended the terrorists, relying on the reports in the Terrorist websites, while refusing to believe the Government with the stock phrase that the Government Statements cannot be verified as the journalists are not allowed in to war zones. Nevertheless, they believe any version of the situation given by the terrorists lock, stock and barrel.

The Local News media, such as the Sunday Leader , and all its publications, Sirasa TV, Lakbima, Daily Mirror, the Numerous websites, TamilNet, Tamil Week, TransCurrent, Sri Lanka Guardian, Lankadissent were making pro terrorist and anti-Government, reports. The Anti war lobbyists Jehan Perera, Kumar Rupasinghe, Pakiyasothy, Kumar David, Wickramabahu and the numerous writers from the Tamil diaspora, greatly helped the Western anti- Sri Lanka forces.

It is time that the Sri Lankan Politicians, the Local anti-war lobby, the Sri Lanka Tamil diaspora, adopt a different attitude to Sri Lanka at least now. The Sri Lanka Tamil diaspora must get rid of its “1983 mindset”, and understand that the Sinhala people in Sri Lanka to-day do not fall into their image of the “1983” model.

The terrorists tried in many ways possible to create a situation for a Sinhala backlash targeting the innocent Tamil people in the South, taking their anger on them for the atrocities being committed by the terrorists. But the Sinhala people are neither supremacists nor chauvinists and they do not hate the Tamil people or the Muslim. The Sinhala people will be only too glad to live side by side with the Tamil Community with a fraternal acceptance.

The Tamil diaspora should not continue to sow their seeds of hatred of the Sinhala people. The anti Government and anti Sinhala statements are often made to the foreign press without knowing the true situation in Sri Lanka. The recent interview given by Maya”Mia” Arulpragasam to Tavis Smiley of PBS, is wrong in all respects even the population figure she had given is wrong. It is regrettable because these false statements do not give the true factsof the situation in Sri Lanka to uninformed reader.

David Miliband has also carried with him a situation report of Sri Lanka given to him by the pro-terrorist Tamils in London, who are a part of his vote bank, to the US Secretary of State
Ms.Hillary Clinton. M.Miliband has probably not informed the US Secretary of State that the Government of Sri Lanka has already provided a no fire Zone for the Civilians to escape from the terrorists, to enable their safe conduct to Government areas. The government also gave the terrorists 48 hours to release the people to the Safety Zone. But the terrorists had fired into the crowds that had escaped from their captivity into the safety zone wounding many of them.

The terrorists cannot be trusted to honour a cease fire period as they will spring a surprise during the period to attack the Government Forces and create a situation where the Tamil civilians will be put into danger. The Government is quite aware of the situation and is not short of strategies to save the Civilians unharmed from the terrorists.

Therefore, the International Community, and the US Secretary of State should have confidence in the Sovereign State of Sri Lanka to acts on its own and save the people and terminate terrorism from Sri Lanka.

On the other hand the US Secretary of State should complement the Government and its Forces for an excellent work they have done so far to terminate terrorism from Sri Lanka.
